Introduction
Multipurpose facility Donska is located in close proximity to historic Venceslaus Square - on the border between prominent Vinohrady and Vršovice Districts, in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to Havlíčkovy Sady (a dedicated open space with wineyard inside a rolling park). Donska offers an opportunity for living and working with convenience in every respect.
The facility was built in 1996 as a combination of mostly new construction and also rehabilitation of what was originally two apartment complexes located on the property. Both structures were functionally interconnected to create a multipurpose complex containing 21 condominium units and approximately 1.790 m2 of usable space (in addition to parking space).
The two buildings include seven floors of usable space and underground garage, which also houses the facility’s technical equipment. Entrance consists of common atrium on the first floor, where night reception services are also provided. Condominiums are designed as two-story and loft units.
